About the role

Auslen is seeking a Tour Operator to join its dynamic team in Kochi. The role involves planning and managing travel itineraries, providing personalized tourism services, and supporting customers throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Design and book travel packages for South India tours.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local guides.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
• Promote regional culture, heritage and attractions.
• Assist in marketing travel offers.

Required profile

• Graduate in Travel and Tourism or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in travel services or freshers welcome.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for travel and customer service.
