Tour Escort Team Leader

About the role

Tour Assistance India (TAI) is looking for an experienced Tour Escort Team Leader to oversee and coordinate escort operations for domestic and international tours. You will ensure seamless travel experiences, maintain high service standards, and lead a team of escorts to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support the tour escort team throughout the tour lifecycle.
• Execute travel itineraries, sightseeing schedules, hotel check‑ins, transfers, and group coordination.
• Monitor escort performance, provide training, feedback, and guidance.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, local vendors, and guides for smooth operations.
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and on‑tour issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure guest safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction.
• Maintain tour reports, attendance records, guest feedback, and daily updates.
• Collaborate with the operations team for planning and issue resolution.
• Uphold company standards, SOPs, and service quality.
• Assist the team in managing emergencies and unexpected disruptions.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline; Travel & Tourism, Hospitality or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in tourism, travel operations, hospitality or tour escorting.
• Prior experience in supervising or leading a team.
