About the role

Murvi Traveline is seeking a dedicated Tour Consultant to join our team in Coimbatore South. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will help clients design and enjoy memorable travel experiences through personalized consultations and expertly managed tours. You will collaborate with our experienced team to craft itineraries that showcase diverse destinations and ensure seamless execution from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and book guided tours tailored to client preferences.
• Provide personalized travel consultations and assist with all travel arrangements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the travel process.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in guided tours and the travel & tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of destinations and itinerary planning.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site environment at our Coimbatore South office.

Required skills

• Travel consulting, including trip planning and booking management.
• Proficiency with travel‑related software or tools (e.g., booking platforms).
