TM Support – DDM – Mumbai

About the role

The role is responsible for the day‑to‑day operational, financial, commercial and administrative activities of the Mumbai branch, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and organisational guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Execute financial processes such as receipting, banking, reconciliation, fake‑note detection and cheque dishonour management with 100% accuracy.
• Manage petty cash, safe custody of cash boxes and branch assets, and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Identify, register and procure services from local vendors, process vendor payments and support lease agreement administration.
• Coordinate new branch set‑up activities with IT, infrastructure, banking and other functions.
• Handle advisor licensing, sales support, MIS preparation, dashboard updates and training coordination.
• Provide legal, compliance and taxation support, including timely tax remittances and representation on compliance matters.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and documentation despite limited infrastructure.
• Operate multiple systems (over 15) while managing bandwidth and connectivity challenges.

• Strong confidentiality mindset and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Capability to manage sales behaviour in line with internal and external guidelines.
• Comfort with operating numerous systems simultaneously.
