About the role

Ideal Flow Control Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join its PAN‑India project teams. The role involves on‑site welding work for industrial valve systems and power‑plant equipment, supporting high‑impact projects for tier‑1 clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on a variety of industrial components following technical drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with riggers, fitters, and other site personnel to ensure seamless workflow and safety compliance.
• Conduct on‑field inspections and troubleshoot welding‑related issues to minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of welding activities and material usage.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on industrial or site welding experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to solve technical problems in the field.
• Excellent coordination skills for working in multi‑disciplinary site teams.
• Fluency in spoken Hindi for effective communication on site.
