Therapy Business Manager

About the role

The Therapy Business Manager will act as a Medical Representative, promoting Bayer’s therapy products to healthcare professionals and relevant target groups. You will be responsible for achieving sales and market‑share targets while building strong, patient‑focused relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales, volume, growth, market‑share and product‑listing targets for assigned brands.
• Plan and execute HCP engagements using tailored Patient Focused Interactions and appropriate content.
• Record all customer activities in Veeva CRM and leverage its functionality to enhance interactions.
• Monitor competitor activity and communicate insights to management.
• Organise scientific updates such as CME events and meetings in line with marketing strategies.
• Collect and collate sales data, manage order distribution and ensure credit policy compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (advanced qualifications are a plus).
• 2–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven performance record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in the local language; English is a plus.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Veeva CRM.
• Basic IT literacy – ability to use computers, tablets and related technology efficiently.
