Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative (TSR) – Operations is the on‑ground face of Blue Dart, responsible for timely pickup and delivery of shipments within an assigned territory while ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments, adhering to committed service timelines and maintaining route efficiency.
• Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, obtain Proof of Delivery (POD), and ensure accurate documentation and real‑time status updates using handheld devices.
• Follow all safety, security, and operational SOPs, maintain vehicle condition, and represent the Blue Dart brand with professional grooming and behavior.

Required profile

• Minimum 10th standard education; fresher to 2 years of experience in courier, logistics, or field operations.
• Valid two‑ or four‑wheel driving licence and ownership of a two‑wheeler for personal vehicle deployment.
• Physically fit, willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
