About the role
The Operations Staff member supports day‑to‑day activities across Blue Dart’s Service Centres, Hubs, Processing Units (PUDs) and Warehouses. The role ensures shipments are received, processed, and moved efficiently while adhering to safety and service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, sort, scan, bag, tag, load and unload shipments.
- Perform shipment reconciliation and accurate data entry.
- Maintain compliance with operational procedures and safety guidelines.
- Support inbound and outbound shift teams as required.
- Assist in meeting service commitments and performance metrics.
Required profile
- Willingness to work shift patterns (inbound or outbound).
- Physical stamina for loading/unloading tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Commitment to safety standards and service quality.
