About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations ensures timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments within an assigned territory in Lucknow, acting as the face of Blue Dart on the ground. The role focuses on delivering a superior customer experience while upholding safety and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver shipments according to schedule, meeting service commitments.
• Handle parcels safely, perform accurate scanning and documentation.
• Manage cash‑on‑delivery (COD) collections and ensure proof‑of‑delivery compliance.
• Coordinate with the inbound or outbound Shift In‑charge and branch operations team.
• Maintain adherence to Blue Dart operational procedures and safety protocols.
• Travel within the territory as required (25‑75% travel).

Required profile

• Willingness to work under the direction of the Shift In‑charge.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong focus on customer service and brand representation.
