Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations ensures timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments within an assigned territory. Working under the Inbound or Outbound Shift In‑charge, the TSR plays a key part in maintaining Blue Dart’s reputation for reliable, time‑bound service.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver parcels according to schedule, meeting service level agreements.
• Coordinate with the shift in‑charge to manage daily workload and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, handovers, and exceptions.
• Provide superior customer service by addressing queries and complaints on‑spot.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards during all activities.
• Travel within the assigned territory up to 25% of the time.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using handheld devices for shipment tracking.
• Basic computer literacy (e‑mail, MS Office).
