About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations (TSR) ensures timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments within an assigned territory, supporting Blue Dart’s commitment to reliable, time‑bound service. Reporting to the inbound or outbound shift in‑charge, the TSR works on a branch or service centre and travels up to 25 % of the time. Blue Dart Express Limited, a leader in courier, integrated air express package distribution and eCommerce in South Asia, operates across 55,000+ locations and owns India’s only scheduled air cargo airline, Blue Dart Aviation. The company is part of DHL Group’s eCommerce division, leveraging a global network across 220 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the pickup of customer shipments across the designated territory.
• Manage the delivery of shipments to ensure on‑time performance and adherence to service standards.
• Maintain superior customer experience throughout the pickup and delivery process.
