Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations ensures the timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments within an assigned territory while delivering a superior customer experience and representing the Blue Dart brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver shipments on schedule, adhering to service commitments.
• Accurately scan shipments and manage COD collections.
• Ensure proof‑of‑delivery (POD) compliance for all consignments.
• Handle parcels safely and follow all operational safety procedures.
• Coordinate closely with the Shift In‑charge and branch operations team.
• Maintain operational documentation and report performance metrics.
• Address customer queries and issues on the ground promptly.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Travel within the territory as required (up to 25%).

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.
• Physical fitness for handling parcels and equipment.
• Valid driving licence (if required for the territory).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Team player who can collaborate with operations staff.
