Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations is the on‑ground face of Blue Dart, responsible for ensuring timely pickup and delivery of shipments within an assigned territory while delivering a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver customer shipments on schedule, adhering to safety and handling standards.
• Accurately scan shipments and manage COD collections.
• Obtain and verify proof of delivery (POD) to ensure compliance.
• Follow operational procedures and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with Shift In‑charge and branch operations teams to meet service commitments.
• Travel within the territory as required (approximately 25% of the time).
