Territory Service Representative

About the role

Blue Dart is looking for a Territory Service Representative to manage pickup and delivery operations in Jaipur. The role involves timely collection and delivery of shipments, handling cash on delivery, and ensuring a high level of customer service while following company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments within the assigned territory, ensuring adherence to service timelines.
• Collect cash on delivery (COD) payments, obtain proof of delivery (POD), and maintain accurate documentation.
• Use handheld devices or scanners to update shipment status in real time and follow SOPs for handling.
• Interact with customers professionally, resolve basic queries, and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in roadworthy condition, follow road safety guidelines, and report any incidents.

Required profile

• Minimum 8th standard education; fresher to 2 years of experience in courier, logistics or field operations.
• Valid two‑ or four‑wheel driving licence and ownership of a two‑wheeler if required.
• Physically fit, willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrates punctuality, discipline and a customer‑focused attitude.
