Territory Service Representative (Bikers)

About the role

The Territory Service Representative (Bikers) is responsible for end‑to‑end parcel handling within a defined delivery area. Working on a bike, you will load, sort, scan, and deliver shipments while ensuring accurate documentation and cash‑on‑delivery handling.

Key responsibilities

• Unload bags from the vehicle and scan each shipment.
• Perform primary and secondary sorting, then out‑scan shipments according to the delivery route.
• Deliver parcels to the exact customer address and capture acknowledgment via a BYOD device.
• Update status codes for undelivered items and hand over COD amounts to the supervisor on the same day.
• Follow SOPs for timely pickups, verify serviceable locations, count shipments, and obtain pickup acknowledgments.
• In‑scan shipments at the office, execute rapid data entry, and manage bagging and loading of canvas bags into the vehicle.
• Maintain proper dress code and carry field bags for all delivery points.

Required profile

• Physical stamina to load and unload parcels regularly.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and delivery schedules.
• Good knowledge of local routes and ability to navigate efficiently.
• Reliability in handling cash‑on‑delivery transactions.

Required skills

• Barcode scanning using mobile devices.
• Mobile device (BYOD) operation for data capture.
• Basic data entry and status‑code updating.
