Regional Procurement Operations Manager

The Regional Procurement Operations Manager is a senior operational leadership role responsible for the day‑to‑day performance and management of Procurement Operations within a region. The position reports to the Vice President Procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the regional Operational Procurement organization and manage Procurement Managers and their teams.
• Ensure effective execution of the procurement process from approved requisition through purchase order closure and invoice resolution.
• Own regional operational performance, including KPIs, workload management, backlog control and service delivery.
• Act as the senior escalation point for operational procurement issues.
• Build strong relationships with Fleet Managers, General Managers, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Develop team capability, succession planning and leadership effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, controls, approved supplier requirements and audit standards.
• Drive implementation of Project Streamline and support automation, standardization and process improvements.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks that could impact procurement performance.

Required profile

• Degree holder minimum.
• CIPS (or equivalent) highly desirable.
