About the role
The Territory Service Representative – Operations is a frontline position responsible for ensuring that customer shipments are picked up and delivered on time within an assigned territory while providing a superior customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments within the assigned territory.
- Maintain a superior customer experience throughout the service process.
- Report to the Inbound or Outbound Shift In‑charge as applicable and follow their guidance.
- Travel up to 25 % of the time to cover the territory and service centres.
