Territory Manager – Personal Loan (Direct Sales Team)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Territory Manager to lead our Direct Sales Team in acquiring personal loan customers across targeted segments and geographies. You will drive a high‑performing team, ensure compliance, and meet monthly acquisition and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new personal loan customers across identified segments and geographies.
• Lead and coach a team of Direct Sales Team members (DSTs) to deliver high‑quality loan sourcing.
• Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets consistently.
• Identify and act on cross‑sell opportunities while ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Oversee multiple sourcing channels, including branches, DSTs, and central lead funnels.
• Promptly attend to leads from central teams and organise lead‑generation and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with branch teams to maximise business from walk‑ins and referrals.
• Conduct catchment mapping to target potential customer segments.
• Gather customer feedback and support initiatives to improve service delivery and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or banking, preferably in personal loans or retail banking.
• Strong customer orientation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target‑driven mindset with proven leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of banking products, multi‑channel sourcing, and regulatory norms.
• Ability to manage teams and drive performance across diverse channels.
