Territory Manager / Key Account Manager

About the role

Epiroc, a global leader in mining, infrastructure and natural resources equipment, is seeking a Territory Manager / Key Account Manager to drive growth in the Udaipur region. You will act as the primary face of Epiroc for key customers, developing strategies that meet business targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and receivable targets.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
• Lead technical and commercial negotiations to increase market share profitably.
• Gather and act on customer feedback to improve products and services.
• Utilise market intelligence to respond swiftly to business enquiries and promote new product portfolios.
• Prepare timely business reports and keep the CRM system up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with internal functions and champion safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mining or Mining Machinery.
• Minimum 8 years of sales and marketing experience in OEM mining equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mining and construction customer segments.
• Fluent English, valid driving licence and passport.
• Proven problem‑solving ability, resilience and emotional intelligence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
• Experience with CRM tools and account‑management software.
• Strong specification selling, negotiation and commercial acumen.
