Temporary Operator – Assembly & Testing

About the role

We are looking for a Temporary Operator to support our assembly and coil shops. The role involves operating a range of machines, ensuring compliance with safety, health and environmental standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure operations comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Perform product assembly and operate basic equipment according to schedule.
• Set up and run winding, spot‑welding, and molding machines.
• Operate automatic testing equipment for both coil and assembly shops.
• Rotate between tasks as needed and support shift work.
• Adhere to quality standards and participate in Kaizen events.

Required profile

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• 0–2 years experience operating assembly and testing equipment.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis.
• Physical ability to lift up to 3 kg and distinguish colors.
• Educational background: B.E/B.Tech, Diploma, ITI or any degree.

Required skills

• Operation of winding machines.

• Operation of automatic testing equipment.
