Telesales Representative – Insurance Products

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our insurance sales team. You will interact with digital leads over the phone, explain a range of insurance products and help customers choose the best coverage for their needs.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from digital leads.
- Explain Health, Motor, Travel and General Insurance products.
- Understand customer requirements, resolve queries and suggest suitable policies.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain call records and ensure quality and compliance.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience.
Required profile
- Strong communication abilities and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Willingness to meet sales targets and follow compliance guidelines.
