About the role
This position is focused on digital sales of insurance products through telephone outreach. The candidate will work from the Vashi office, handling both inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell insurance solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Engage customers over the phone to understand their needs and recommend appropriate insurance plans.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital channels.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to improve scripts and sales techniques.
Required profile
- Average communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good thought process and strong sales orientation.
- Prior knowledge of insurance products or sales is an advantage.

- Salary of INR 18,000 for experienced candidates plus unlimited incentives.
- Work schedule from 10 AM to 7 PM, six days a week with a fixed Sunday off.
