About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our Digital Sales team at ICICI Lombard. The role involves contacting potential customers, presenting insurance solutions, and converting leads into sales through phone interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to promote insurance products.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing to prospects in Hindi and English.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and incentive goals.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service and address queries or concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Average communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Good thought process and strong sales aptitude.
• Knowledge of insurance or prior sales experience is an advantage.
• Graduation or HSC qualification; freshers are welcome.

Required skills

• Effective verbal communication in Hindi.
• Effective verbal communication in English.

What we offer

• Fixed salary of INR 18,000 per month for experienced candidates.
• Unlimited performance‑based incentives.
• Work schedule from 10 AM to 7 PM, six days a week with Sundays off.
