Telesales Executive – Insurance Sales

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to join our insurance sales team in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable insurance solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and convert them into policy sales.
- Identify customer requirements quickly and pitch appropriate insurance products such as Health, Motor, Travel, and more.
- Explain product features, benefits, and coverage in an engaging manner to close deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while earning unlimited incentives.
- Handle objections professionally, build instant rapport, and nurture long‑term customer relationships.
Required profile
- Graduation (any discipline) is mandatory.

What we offer
- Shift timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM, 5 days a week with 2 rotational days off.
- CTC up to 3.79 LPA (in‑hand earnings up to ₹27,000 per month).
- Attractive incentives and performance bonuses on top of a fixed salary.
