About the role
Max Transtech Limited is hiring a Telesales and Customer Support intern for an on-site position in Gurugram, Sector 48. The internship lasts 6 months, after which employment may be confirmed depending on performance. Compensation includes a stipend plus performance-based incentives.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide support
- Maintain customer records and update data in systems
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets
Required profile
- Graduate or undergraduate student; freshers are welcome to apply
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Confident, target-oriented and proactive approach
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, reporting)
- Good email communication skills (professional writing and responses)
- Strong verbal communication skills
