Telesales Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Account Manager to support lead generation, client outreach and sales coordination for tax technology solutions. The position is ideal for a fresher or early‑career professional with up to one year of experience who can understand basic client needs and assist senior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers across target accounts and industry segments.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn and approved channels.
• Capture initial business requirements and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Schedule meetings, product walk‑throughs and demos, and follow up with prospects.
• Learn and communicate the value proposition of AI‑based and non‑AI tax technology solutions.
• Prepare basic sales collateral, meeting notes and summaries for senior staff.
• Coordinate with product, technical and implementation teams to gather information for client responses.
• Support sales reporting, pipeline updates and activity dashboards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or internship.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a willingness to improve.
• Interest in sales, business development, technology solutions, taxation or finance.
• Ability to understand basic client requirements and escalate details.
• Positive attitude, resilience and ability to work under supervision.
