Telemarketing Executive

About the role

The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls to engage customers and prospects. This position is based in Mylapore, Chennai and offers an opportunity to develop strong communication and sales skills in a dynamic call‑center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls with professionalism.
• Follow up with customers and leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
• Maintain accurate call records and update lead information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer communication.
• Deliver clear and persuasive information to prospects.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in telecalling, customer handling or related fields.
• Strong verbal communication and convincing abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet call targets.
• Based in or willing to work in Chennai, India.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
