About the role
We are seeking a driven Telemarketing Executive to join MEMOYO’s growing team. The role focuses on generating high‑quality leads, nurturing prospects and converting them into business engagements for our innovative creative advertising solutions. The position is remote and targets B2B clients across various industries.
Key responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through outbound calling and prospecting activities
- Identify potential business opportunities and establish strong client relationships
- Conduct follow‑ups and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
- Maintain and update CRM systems and customer databases
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets
- Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the engagement process
- Maintain accurate reporting of outreach activities and performance metrics
Required profile
- Proven experience in telemarketing, lead generation, sales or business development
- Target‑oriented mindset with a strong drive for achieving results
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales or customer acquisition (preferred)
- Familiarity with advertising, animation, media or creative industries (added advantage)
- Experience working with B2B clients (preferred)
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms
- Basic computer proficiency
