Sales Telecaller – Financial Services (Nagpur)

About the role

The Sales Telecaller will join a professional, ethics‑driven team in Nagpur, handling both inbound and outbound calls to promote mutual funds, insurance, and other investment products. You will generate leads, nurture client relationships, and support senior advisors in meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries from prospective and existing clients.
• Explain mutual fund, insurance, and investment features in simple terms.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and schedule meetings or callbacks for senior advisors.
• Maintain accurate call logs, update CRM records, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and support marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong telephone etiquette and clear communication skills.
• Basic understanding of mutual funds, insurance, and investment concepts, with a willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in telesales of financial services (mandatory).
• Ability to work on‑site in Nagpur, manage time effectively, and thrive in a target‑driven environment.
• Minimum education: higher secondary or a bachelor’s degree in business or finance‑related studies.
