Telemarketing Associate – Outbound Lead Generation

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal‑driven Telemarketing Associate to join our Mumbai office. The role focuses on making outbound calls, engaging potential clients, and generating high‑quality leads for our services.

Key responsibilities

• Make at least 100 connected outbound calls daily using provided databases.
• Introduce and clearly explain our services to prospects.
• Identify qualified leads, capture relevant details, and record them accurately.
• Maintain a call log and update CRM systems with lead status.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth handover of leads.
• Achieve daily and weekly call volume and lead generation targets.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Confident, self‑motivated and eager to learn.
• Ability to handle objections and stay composed during calls.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business or related fields are preferred.
