About the role

We are a digital marketing agency seeking a motivated Telemarketer to promote our web development, IT consultancy and online marketing services. The role involves both outbound prospecting and handling inbound inquiries to generate qualified leads for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and clearly explain our digital and IT services.
• Handle inbound inquiries, provide accurate information and promote services such as SEO, social media marketing, website development and paid advertising.
• Maintain follow‑ups, update call logs and CRM entries, and prepare daily reports for the manager.
• Coordinate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a target‑driven attitude.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or IT services is preferred.
• Ability to conduct professional calls and close sales effectively.

What we offer

• Salary ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month plus performance‑based incentives.
• Three days of mandatory training after selection.
• Working hours 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
