Telesales Executive – Outbound Sales (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Telesales Executive to connect with brands, understand their visual content needs and generate new business opportunities for Ecom Vente.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective brands and businesses to introduce our photography and visual content services.
• Understand client requirements, qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally, and follow up to close opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and client interactions.
• Achieve monthly lead‑generation and sales targets while providing market feedback.

Required profile

• Freshers welcome; 0–2 years experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales or business development.
• Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi and Bengali.
• Persuasive, confident personality with strong follow‑up and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and handling rejection.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM or lead‑management tools (preferred).
