Telemarketer

About the role

The Telemarketer will represent our digital marketing agency by reaching out to potential clients and handling inbound inquiries. You will promote a range of services including website development, SEO, social media marketing, and paid advertising, while ensuring a professional and persuasive communication style.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and clearly explain our digital and IT services.
• Handle inbound inquiries, providing accurate information and guiding prospects.
• Promote services such as SEO, social media marketing, website development, and paid advertising.
• Maintain follow‑ups and ensure consistent communication with leads.
• Update call logs, CRM entries, and prepare daily reports for the manager.
• Coordinate closely with marketing and sales teams to support smooth lead conversion.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or IT services (preferred).
• Ability to conduct professional calls and close sales effectively.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and enthusiastic about achieving results.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of SEO.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and advertising.
• Understanding of paid advertising concepts.
• Experience with CRM systems and Excel.

What we offer

• Three days of mandatory training after selection.
• Working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
• Salary range of ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 plus performance‑based incentives.
• On‑site work at our office in Taltala, Kolkata.
