Telecom Project Manager – Process Transition & Transformation

About the role

Valueonshore Advisors is seeking an experienced Telecom Project Manager to lead complex process transitions, service migrations, and transformation programmes for telecom clients. Based in Gurgaon, the role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end transition planning and delivery across business, network operations, and shared services.
• Define and manage transition frameworks for cut‑over, rollback, parallel‑run, and stabilization.
• Oversee BPO transitions, knowledge transfer, SOP creation, and steady‑state handover.
• Drive efficiency improvements, cycle‑time reduction, and cost optimisation.
• Manage CRM, billing, ERP, and network‑tool transitions in collaboration with IT, vendors, and business owners.
• Take full ownership of project delivery from initiation to closure, maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks, maintain RAID logs, and run sprint and phase‑gate reviews.
• Serve as primary contact for CXO stakeholders, providing regular status updates and performance metrics.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of experience in telecom project management, process transition, or transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale, cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
