About the role
We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecalling Executive to join Cera Chem. In this role you will be the voice that connects our brand with builders, contractors and other industry professionals, turning digital leads into business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Call and convert digital leads into business opportunities.
- Follow up on inquiries received through the website and social media platforms.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Coordinate with the sales team to arrange meetings and site visits.
- Share product information via WhatsApp and email.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or telesales.
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English (mandatory).
- Confident, persuasive and target‑driven mindset.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with WhatsApp and email for client communication.
- Experience with a CRM system (preferred).
