Telecaller – Stock Market & Demat Campaign

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Telecaller to join our Stock Market and Demat campaign team. You will engage warm leads generated from influencer‑led fintech campaigns, identify the obstacles preventing them from opening a demat account or placing their first trade, and guide them to successful activation.

Key responsibilities

• Call and follow up with interested leads generated from influencer campaigns.
• Diagnose the specific blocker (account opening, KYC completion, first trade) and walk the prospect through the resolution.
• Convert interested prospects into activated users by providing clear, step‑by‑step assistance.
• Log each call and its outcome accurately to help the team track performance and improve processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in Hindi and comfortable conducting calls in English.
• Basic understanding of demat accounts, KYC procedures, and stock‑trading concepts.
• Patient, persistent, and able to handle multiple follow‑ups.
• Motivated by targets and incentive‑driven earnings.

Required skills

• Knowledge of demat account setup, KYC compliance, and trade execution basics.

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹12,000.
