About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and result‑oriented Telecaller to join our sales team in Chennai. In this role you will engage potential customers, explain a range of financial products, and generate qualified leads for our loan and credit card offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects from a provided database.
- Explain personal loans, business loans, and credit card products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer details in the system.
- Follow up with prospects to close sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead‑generation targets.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and result‑driven attitude.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work under targets and meet performance metrics.
