About the role
We are looking for energetic Telecallers to join our Retail Telesales (RTS) vertical at ICICI Lombard General Insurance. The role focuses on outbound voice calls to promote and sell insurance products, offering a dynamic environment for fresh graduates and experienced candidates alike.
Key responsibilities
- Handle digital and outbound sales calls, engaging customers to understand their insurance needs.
- Explain insurance products clearly and confidently, converting leads into sales.
- Build positive customer relationships and achieve sales targets for unlimited incentives.
Required profile
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong thought process and sales aptitude.
- Basic knowledge of insurance or sales is an advantage.
- Graduates or HSC pass candidates; freshers are welcome.
What we offer
- Competitive salary: INR 16,000‑23,000 per month (in‑hand and CTC).
- Shift timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6 days a week with Sunday fixed off.
- Unlimited incentives based on sales performance.
