Telecaller – Outbound Lead Generation & Sales

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Telecaller to join our team and drive outbound lead generation for immigration‑related services. The role involves contacting prospective customers, handling inbound enquiries and guiding prospects through our service offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and clearly explain immigration services.
• Receive and respond to inbound enquiries, providing accurate information.
• Identify customer needs, generate qualified leads and maintain regular follow‑ups.
• Convert qualified leads into customers by presenting service features, processes, requirements and fees.
• Handle objections professionally and achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Record all calls, leads, follow‑ups and conversions in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for further processing when required.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication with a confident, professional phone presence.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest suitable immigration service options.
