Telecaller – Outbound & Inbound Sales for Wellness Services

About the role

The Telecaller will manage both outbound calls and inbound inquiries from prospective clients interested in slimming, weight loss, and wellness services. This position requires clear and confident communication of clinic treatments, packages, and programs, aiming to convert leads into clinic visits and program enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and attend inbound inquiries from prospective clients.
• Explain clinic treatments, packages, and programs clearly over the phone.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable slimming or wellness solutions.
• Convert leads into clinic visits, consultations, and program enrollments.
• Follow up with interested leads through calls, messages, and reminders to maximize conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow‑ups, and conversions in CRM or manual registers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets set by management.
• Coordinate with front‑desk executives, counsellors, and clinic managers for smooth appointment scheduling.
• Handle basic client queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Represent the clinic brand positively and maintain high standards of customer service.
