Telecaller – Outbound & Inbound Lead Generation

About the role

The Telecaller will work on‑site in Bhopal, handling both outbound and inbound calls for Realty Organiser’s real‑estate software platform. The main goal is to inform prospects and existing clients about the solution, answer their queries, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and receive inbound inquiries.
• Present the features and benefits of the Realty Organiser software clearly and professionally.
• Capture and update lead and customer information in the CRM system.
• Maintain accurate call logs and follow‑up records.
• Schedule product demonstrations and appointments for the sales team.
• Understand customer needs and provide courteous, solution‑focused responses.
• Coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Customer‑service mindset with empathy, patience and a solution‑oriented attitude.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM or lead‑management tools.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle call volumes and follow‑ups.
• Ability to work on‑site in Bhopal and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Adaptability to targets and performance metrics.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or communications is a plus.
