Telecaller – Outbound Calls & Lead Generation

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Telecaller to drive outbound outreach, generate qualified leads and support the sales pipeline for immigration‑related services. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, delivering accurate information and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining immigration services and handling inbound enquiries.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling, maintaining detailed records of calls, follow‑ups and conversions.
• Understand client requirements, suggest suitable service options and provide regular updates throughout the sales process.
• Convert qualified leads into customers by clearly presenting service features, processes, fees and addressing objections.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets while ensuring high data accuracy in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless processing of client requests.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication with a confident, professional phone presence.
• Excellent persuasion, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to manage multiple leads, follow‑ups and maintain organized records.
