About the role
We are looking for a Telecaller to join SDM Compu System at Apka Bazar, Gurgaon. The role involves making outbound calls, generating leads, and supporting the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and generate leads.
- Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Required profile
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
