About the role
The Telecaller will drive student enrollments by contacting prospective students and parents, explaining course details and guiding them through the admission process. This position blends salesmanship, career counseling and strong communication skills.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and follow‑up.
- Provide student counseling, course counseling and admission support.
- Manage queries from parents and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
Required profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple calls, maintain data accuracy and meet targets.
