About the role
The Telecaller Executive connects the company with customers and prospects through phone, email and chat to drive sales, generate leads and resolve queries. The role involves both outbound and inbound communication to meet daily call and conversion targets.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to pitch products, qualify leads and generate sales opportunities.
- Handle inbound customer queries, provide support and update records in the CRM system.
- Follow company scripts and achieve specified daily call volumes and conversion goals.
Required profile
- 2 to 5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales or customer support.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced call centre environment.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM software for record keeping.
