Telecaller – Customer Outreach (On-site)

About the role

The Telecaller will join Dude Finance India’s Bhilai office to engage potential and existing customers over the phone. Working full‑time on‑site, you will promote the company’s financial products, answer queries and support the sales funnel while delivering a courteous and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to inform customers about financial services.
• Follow approved scripts and compliance guidelines during each interaction.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members promptly.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve daily and weekly call‑and‑conversion targets.
• Participate in regular training sessions and adhere to assigned shift schedules.

Required profile

• Clear spoken English and/or local language proficiency.
• Strong telephone etiquette, active listening and objection‑handling abilities.
• Basic computer literacy with experience using call‑management or CRM tools.
• High school diploma minimum; a graduate degree is a plus.
• Prior telecalling or call‑center experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Bhilai and follow company policies.
