Telecaller cum Receptionist

About the role

STAENZ Academy is looking for a friendly and proactive Telecaller cum Receptionist to be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors at its Ghaziabad branch. The role combines front‑desk duties with outbound telecalling to promote the academy’s courses and support enrollment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors in a professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls, provide information about courses, schedules, and fees, and route calls to appropriate departments.
• Make outbound calls to prospective students, explain program benefits, answer queries, and follow up leads.
• Maintain an organized reception area that reflects a positive image of the academy.
• Assist with student records, attendance tracking, and email correspondence.
• Support the admissions team with enrollment paperwork and coordinate meetings or appointments.
• Update and verify student database contact details.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; additional qualifications in customer service or office administration are a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Customer‑centric attitude with the ability to handle both reception and telecalling tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with callers and visitors.
