About the role
We are seeking a Telecaller to engage customers, explain our products or services, handle queries, generate leads, and follow up with potential clients. The role focuses on outbound calling and converting leads into satisfied customers while meeting daily and monthly targets.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate customer information and lead records.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide product/service explanations.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong customer handling and follow‑up abilities.
- Convincing and negotiation skills.
