About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Tele Sales Executive to drive outbound outreach for our online portal. The role focuses on contacting prospective customers, encouraging registrations, and expanding our active user base. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to meet acquisition targets.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the website and services.
- Encourage users to register on the portal and increase active user numbers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow‑ups.
- Conduct follow‑up calls to ensure successful registration and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets such as call volume and user acquisition.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts and maintain clear communication.
Required profile
- Fluency in Tamil with working knowledge of English.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Familiarity with CRM or calling tools.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
