About the role
Tribeca Care is seeking a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join its Kolkata team. You will engage with families, explain healthcare and elder‑care services, and help them find trusted support for their loved ones.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Present and explain Tribeca Care’s healthcare and elder‑care offerings.
- Build trust and rapport with callers and their families.
- Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in real‑estate or hospital lead management is a plus.
